Case Study: Corowa RSL
Corowa RSL is a leading Club and has made efficiency gains throughout its business.
The Club had already installed a large Solar PV carpark as an amenity for patrons. Energywise was engaged to install:
- Full LED lighting upgrade with occupancy and
photoelectric sensors - Air Conditioning upgrade
- Air Conditioning controls and occupancy sensors in
offices - Voltage Optimisation of the incoming power supply
- Timers on TV screens and drinks fridges
- Single-phase motor optimisation units on refrigeration
The project delivered 23% energy savings.
Further stages of the project have delivered additional savings, including;
- Installation of an Energy Management System with full HVAC BMS controls
- Energy efficient refrigeration controls on all coldrooms
- Upgrading refrigeration systems
