Energywise Pty. Ltd. warrants the core component of The Ark, the transformer, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10-years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in the transformer, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item. Parts that are subject to normal wear and tear, such as switchgear, fusing and indicator lamps are covered for their manufacturers normal warranty period of twelve months.
