In order to help our clients save energy, we conduct a streamlined and professionally managed process, beginning with the collection of initial site data through to the verified proof of the savings being achieved. During this process we typically work with environmental staff, finance staff, facilities managers and on-site electricians and engineers. It is important to Energywise that all involved parties in a client’s business have a clear understanding about the energy saving products that we are recommending, how these products benefit site operations and that any queries people may have are suitably addressed. Free Site Assessment We will visit your site to conduct a free assessment of the potential for energy savings and to get a clear understanding about your energy saving objectives and targets. We analyse the information contained in your electricity bill and perform a walk-through of your premises to understand the types of loads and the general patterns of electricity usage. Power Quality Analysis Depending upon the solution most suited for your site, the next step is typically to perform a Power Quality Analysis test in conjunction with our electrical contracting partners. This is a comprehensive energy audit of the premises in alignment with the Department of Environment and Climate Change Energy Savings Action Plan and Australia Standard AS/NZS 3598:2000. There is a charge for the testing involved in this audit. However because we use some of this information to put together our energy savings proposal, we subsidise the price for our clients so that it is well below the market rate. Energy Savings Proposal We present you with an Energy Savings Proposal. This incorporates the results and findings of the energy audit and details the savings of carbon emissions and electricity costs that can be made at your site. Commissioning of Products We manage the delivery of products to your site, their installation and commissioning in the most unobtrusive way possible to your normal business operations. Free Verification Testing We perform free ‘before’ and ‘after’ electricity consumption testing to demonstrate to you the energy savings that you are receiving and to deliver upon our Savings Guarantee. You will see the savings on your electricity bills, however we utilise precision metering equipment to prove exact and immediate savings results.
